Client Agreement and Billing Policy

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND YOU MUST READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN ORDER TO USE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THEPATTERNPATCH.COM

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By completing the registration process and using our services, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.  “ThePatternPatch.com”, can, at our discretion, amend this policy at any time.  Such amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified policy.  You will be bound by the modified Agreement if you continue the use of our services.

Independent Contractor

This agreement does not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship.  You are an independent contractor as is ThePatternPatch.com.  ThePatternPatch.com is here to offer an opportunity for clients to have their own pattern shoppe, and sell their patterns.  ThePatternPatch.com nor it's parent company Prim Mart are in no way involved in the actual transactions between buyers and sellers. 

No Warranty

ThePatternPatch.com provides our web site and services “as is” and without any warranty or condition; express, implied or statutory.  We try very hard to make ThePatternPatch.com and your shoppe available on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis.  We cannot always control or anticipate technical problems or other difficulties that may arise and may possibly result in loss of data or other interruptions in service.  ThePatternPatch.com cannot be held responsible or liable and will be held harmless in the event of lost profits or any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services or this agreement.   

No Guarantee of Sales

ThePatternPatch.com can NOT guarantee that your business will profit from signing up for our services. This is based solely upon your products, pricing and the marketing of your own Shoppe. Your Shoppe includes a free listing within our directory and although we advertise ThePatternPatch.com both online as well as offline, we highly recommend that you also advertise and promote your own independent shoppe for maximum exposure.

Billing Policy

All accounts are set up on a 1 Year pre-pay basis. Months will run consecutive. You will be invoiced at the end of each year for the following year. Please print and save all receipts for your records.

Please note, services begins the day we issue your shoppe. If you take 10 days to actually utilize your account, that time is still part of your service time.

Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your service, you Must contact us directly at: info@thepatternpatch.com

All payment is in U.S. currency.

Refunds

Sorry, we do not issue any refunds.

ThePatternPatch.com does not offer a prorated refund based on the early cancellation of your account. If you wish to cancel your account prior to the end of the term, you will forfeit any money paid for the account. Once money has been received on an account, this account will be considered under contract for the service provided by ThePatternPatch.com for the term of agreement. This policy is in effect for all accounts at ThePatternPatch.com.

ThePatternPatch.com Software License

ThePatternPatch.com hereby grants client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ThePatternPatch.com Software only on a server controlled by ThePatternPatch.com for the sole purpose of creating and maintaining shoppes on such server. Client is not being granted any right to copy the Software or to use it on computers other than a server controlled by ThePatternPatch.com. Client may not use Web pages or parts of Web pages generated by means of the Software, other than content that originates from and is proprietary to client, on any server other than the servers controlled by ThePatternPatch.com. ThePatternPatch.com reserves the right at any time to revise and modify the Software, release subsequent versions thereof and to alter features, specifications, capabilities, functions, and other characteristics of the Software, without notice to Site Owner.
